Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Barn, Arena or Boarding using the EC Pro system. EC Pro US, as a service provider to Lazy J Ranch LLC, does not issue refunds on behalf of Lazy J Ranch LLC.

Please contact the Barn, Arena or Boarding directly. Lazy J Ranch LLC is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
