1. General Information

• Gift vouchers are issued by Lazy J Ranch, LLC, located at 49 Seabrook Road, Salisbury, MA 01952.
• By purchasing or using a gift voucher, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Validity and Expiration

• Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Expired vouchers will not be honored, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

3. Redemption

• Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for Equine-Assisted Services offered at Lazy J Ranch, LLC.
• Services include but are not limited to Riding Lessons, EAL (Equine Assisted Learning, EAT (Equine Assisted Therapy), HPR ( Horse Powered Reading) and Wellness Programs.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the individual specified at the time of redemption unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Booking and Cancellation

• To schedule a session, please visit LazyJRanchLLC.com or email info@lazyjranchllc.com. Availability is subject to scheduling and capacity.
• Cancellations or rescheduling of booked services must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

5. Value and Restrictions

• Gift vouchers are issued in specified monetary values and can be used as payment or partial payment for services.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.
• No change or credit will be given for unused portions of the voucher.

6. Refunds

• Gift voucher purchases are non-refundable.

7. Modification of Terms

• Lazy J Ranch, LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
